Algoma Utilities has several convenient methods to pay your utility bill.
Pay In Person
Algoma Utilities customers can make payments in person at the utility office, located at 1407 Flora Ave Avenue during normal business hours Monday - Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Payments can also placed in the night drop box to the left of the front door.
Pay By Mail
If you choose to pay by mail, please send check or money order only. Do not send cash. When paying by mail, be sure to include the top portion of the bill with your payment. Mail your payment to the address at the top of the bill.
Other Payment Locations
Payments can be made at other convenient locations in Algoma. The Bank of Luxemburg accepts payments at the following branch locations.

- 514 Fifth St, Algoma
Credit Card
Algoma Utilities accepts payment through the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and VISA. Official Payments Corporation is the company we go through to process credit cards. Either call 1-800-272-9829 or visit Official Payments Corp. to make a payment. Use Jurisdiction Code 5872 when requested. There will be a convenience fee of $5.95 charged for this service.Pay Automatically
