If you are currently an Algoma Utilities residential customer and you are moving to another address within the utility’s service area, you may transfer your service through the online form below.

Please submit the form below or call us at (920) 487-5556, Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Friday, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 11 a.m. We also request that a new service agreement be filled out and returned to our office at 1407 Flora Ave, Algoma
