Targeted Home Performance with ENERGY STAR offers financial assistance to income-eligible residents who want to make energy efficient improvements to their homes. Customers who fall within 201% to 250% of federal poverty guidelines may qualify.

Qualified customers must pay 10% of the costs of the improvements. Eligible improvements include building insulation, air leakage control, replacement windows, doors, plus replacement of appliances and mechanical systems like furnaces, water heaters and air conditioning units.
