Utility survey coming to local businesses

Business customers of Algoma Utilities will be randomly selected for a survey being conducted in the coming weeks.

On behalf of Algoma Utilities and power supplier WPPI Energy, The Dieringer Research Group (DRG) of Brookfield, Wis., will survey commercial and industrial customers on their attitudes and perceptions about rates, reliability, customer service, communications, energy conservation, efficiency and renewable efforts.

Commercial and industrial companies are typically the largest energy users on our system, and their feedback is important to us. We encourage anyone receiving a call from DRG to please assist us by completing this short survey.

Algoma Utilities also thanks local residents who participated in a similar effort recently completed among customers in the residential sector.

Algoma Utilities is a member of WPPI Energy, a nonprofit power supplier serving 51 community-owned utilities in Wisconsin, Upper Michigan and Iowa. Results of the survey will help to evaluate and improve the services offered by WPPI Energy and its members.

DRG will complete day-time telephone interviews with selected business customers in the service territories of each WPPI Energy member utility. Each interview will last around 20 minutes.
