Pay in Person
Algoma Utilities customers can make payments in person at the utility office, located at 1407 Flora Ave Avenue during normal business hours Monday - Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Payments can also placed in the night drop box to the left of the front door.

Paymentus is the company that our customer portal e-Care uses to process payments. You will need to setup an e-Care log-in, if you don't have one already. Under Make a Payment in e-Care you can choose either a one time payment or register to use the Paymentus Customer Portal and get access to more information and features that Paymentus has to offer.
